Champion vs. Challenger Approach

Following the rapid increase in global Compute and advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) we believe that organizations will soon be forced to rethink their approach to Data Science.  Data Science is very expensive and corporate culture can lead to a lack of incentive for teams to seek out the best Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize value for the organization. This is why we have pursued the “Champion vs. Challenger” approach.  Over the next decade there will be many competing large language models that may be good, better, best in different areas simultaneously. 

Today’s “Champion” may be dethroned by tomorrow’s “Challenger.”  Successful Data Science teams of the near future will need to be structured to incentivize teams to build solutions that will seek out today’s “Champion” to ensure organizations are not falling behind their competition. This is why FTSi.ai was formed.  Drawing on FTSi.tech’s extensive experience in the technology sector, we assembled a “dream team” of highly skilled, solution seeking data scientists that are energized by the opportunity to work for a percentage of the value that we generate for our clients.  We are an established Data Science organization that builds custom Data Science solutions to add value for our clients. 

No upfront costs, we are paid a small percentage of the revenue that we generate.  By tying our pay to the results, we are incentivized to make our partners as successful as possible!
